We are now offering contact-free delivery so that you can still receive your parcels safely without requiring a signature. Please see below for the available delivery methods, costs and timescales.

Collection - Collect from our Pick up point: R0.00

Aramex Delivery - Delivery within 2 - 3 days of placing your order. Straight to your doorstep.: R120.00

PEP Stores PAXI - Delivery within 3 - 5 working days of placing your order. R100: R100.00

PEP Stores PAXI - Delivery within 5 - 9 working days of placing your order. R60: R60.00

Returns

We believe you will completely happy with your item, however if you aren't, there's no need to worry. We've listed below the ways you can return your item to us.

Return via post

To return your items send it back to us and note that if you are exchanging it will be the custumers responsibility to pay the delivery fee of their preffered method which is also stated on our website.

Return in person

To return your items for free in person, simply stop into any one of our locations and speak to a member of our in-store team.
